Duncan has joined IVC from Australia where he spent the last 13 years, initially in leadership roles for Coles supermarkets through their turnaround, and from 2015 leading Australia’s largest community pharmacy group, Terry White Chemmart. 

Duncan is married to Danielle, with two children Heidi and Theo and a new arrival of Calvin the Miniature Schnauzer.
