Ciara Reid

Ciara is a graduate of UCD from 1996. Having spent her formative years in mixed practice in the UK she returned to her native Dublin to companion animal practice. Ciara made the jump to industry working for MSD and Hills Pet Nutrition.

Ciara joined Ark Vetcare, a 23 vet practice in south County Dublin, in 2019 as Practice Mentor where she is responsible for ensuring all the team can reach their potential. In 2022 Ciara joined IVC as Group Veterinary Advisor and adds value to practices around the country through her insights into clinical opportunities and team training.

Ciara is passionate about the vets and staff across the group offering the best care available to our patients. From the receptionist that our clients meet when they call or walk through the door. Right through to the animal care assistants, nurses and vets they meet during their time with us.

Ciara is an avid Dublin supporter but is a lover of the small ball. She spends a lot of time in her local club CLG Na Fianna where she is involved with their GAA 4 All team supporting children and young adults with additional needs to enjoy all things GAA.
