Amy Fox

Amy began her career in Southview Veterinary Hospital in 2007 as a student and qualified with a BSc in Veterinary Nursing from Athlone Institute of Technology in 2009.  She took a break from Veterinary Nursing 2016-2018 to teach student veterinary nurses in St Johns College Cork but soon returned to Southview, back to her nursing roots, before becoming Practice Manager in 2022 on joining IVC Evidensia Ireland. Throughout her career in Southview, she worked in all areas of veterinary from reception to kennels to surgical/medical nursing, nurse clinics, ordering, stock management, pet insurance and debt management. 

In July 2024 Amy joined the IVC Ireland Central Team as Lead Collections Co- Ordinator of the Central Collections & Support Team. Her role is a supportive role to practices to help bring down their debt and put procedures in place to aid practices to manage their debt long term.

Outside of work, Amy enjoys spending time with her 3 children and many pets......including a dog, cats, hens, rabbits and fish!
