Annie Baltz

Annie graduated from university in 2013 as a Veterinary Surgeon and began her career at Brazil’s largest and pioneering cat-only hospital. With a Master’s in Small Animal Medicine and a certificate in surgery, she has dedicated her professional life to providing advanced veterinary care. She’s also pursuing a certificate in feline medicine and has specialized training in ultrasonography.

Annie spent six years working in Portugal, gaining invaluable experience, and further honing her skills before moving to Ireland. Having served as a Clinical Director, she has always been passionate about promoting top-notch care and mentoring her team. She has recently transitioned to an operational role, where she uses her clinical insights and love for business management to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of our practices.

As a Fear Free certified professional, Annie is dedicated to creating a stress-free environment for pets and their owners. Her interests include surgery, feline medicine, clinical mentorship, and business management, reflecting her commitment to both exceptional care and effective leadership.

Outside of work, Annie is a proud mom to two children and two pets—a German Shepherd named Shiva, and a Bengal cat named Thor. She also contributes to the veterinary community as an editor for Vet Space Ireland. In her current role as Area Director for Area 2, Annie brings her extensive expertise and enthusiasm to our practices, driving both clinical excellence and operational success.
