Our Story

It all began in 2018 when the first practice joined IVC Evidensia. Ireland was the ninth country in Europe to join our global network. Today, our presence spans across Ireland with over 50 sites. Comprising a team of more than 600 passionate colleagues, encompassing both clinical expertise and essential non-clinical roles, we are united in our commitment to providing exceptional veterinary care.

2024

• Wellness screening programme launched, promoting proactive testing for senior cats and dogs.

2023

• Milestone of 700,000 animals treated, revealing the scale of impact and care provided by IVC Evidensia.
• 92 Care Fund applications received, supporting pet owners in need.
• Paid maternity leave and return-to-work maternity bonuses become available, supporting work-life balance and employee well-being.
• Launch of our electric fleet, resulting in 16% of mileage done in electric vehicles, as part of our commitment to sustainability and environmental responsibility.

• Internal CPD (Continuous Professional Development) programme initiated, enhancing skills and knowledge among colleagues.

2021

• First cohort on graduate internship programme begins, fostering new talent.
• First Darkness Into Light Walk organised, raising awareness and funds for mental health support.
