Veterinary Nurse - Vetcare Rathcoole

 

Vetcare in Rathcoole is seeking an enthusiastic Veterinary Nurse to join their team either on a full-time basis or part-time.  

 

The Roles 

• Full-time or Part-time, Maternity Cover position for a Registered Veterinary Nurse 

• Salary from €30,000+ commensurate with experience level 

• Entry-level position, suitable for new graduates  

• 100% Clinical, patient-focused roles 

• Full-time consists of 40 hours (5 days) per week 

• 1 in 5 Saturdays with time off in lieu 

• No OOH, Sundays or Bank Holidays 

 

Applicant Requirements 

• Must be currently registered with the VCI to practice Veterinary Nursing in Ireland 

• Entry-level position, suitable for new graduates

Our 100% Small animal practice in Rathcoole is a busy, first opinion practice located in South Dublin. 

 

 At Vet Care you can expect individualised, state-of-the-art medical care for our patients. We keep our practice up to date with all the latest equipment necessary to offer our high standards of service including digital radiography, ultrasound and a fully equipped laboratory with comprehensive blood and urine analysis. Our sister branches are in Carlow, Athy and Laois. We are mostly first opinion practices with our main referral centre in Athy. We offer a range of referral services including Orthopaedics, Ultrasound (both cardiac and abdominal), and Soft Tissue Surgery. Our practice in Rathcoole works very closely with several local and national charities. 

 

Our friendly Rathcoole team is made of 1 Veterinary Surgeon, 2 Veterinary Nurses, and a receptionist.
