Our Principles

Over 1,400 practices have joined our family since 2011 and we believe this is because we stay true to our six key principles, which our business is built around

How does it work?

Here’s a brief outline of the acquisition process:

1) A member of our team will contact you to arrange a confidential discussion.

2) You’ll be in good hands. As fellow vets, we understand that this is a sensitive time for you and will treat the process with the utmost respect to you and your business.

3) If you agree to sell, we’ll work with you closely throughout the due diligence and completion process.

Frequently Asked Questions

Answers to the most commonly asked questions:

What does the process look like?

If you are interested in speaking to us, one of our IVC Evidensia Ireland Team will get in touch with you for a confidential discussion. You are in good hands; fellow vets Andrew Ash MRCVS, Keith Chandler MRCVS and Martin Caton MRCVS know this is a sensitive time for you and your business and treat the whole process with the utmost confidentiality and respect. If you agree to sell, the team will work with you throughout the due diligence and completion process, we believe this continuity and relationship is key to a smooth process and minimises stress for those joining the group.

How long does it take?

Every practice sale is different. In many ways it depends on how prepared for the sale you are. The shortest sale process we have is 12 weeks.

Can my practice keep the same name?

You have worked hard to build to good name and trust within your local community and we would never ask you to change it, we really value the independence of your practice.

Will you help me hire new staff?

Of course. Our fantastic HR and dedicated recruitment team are there to help you fill any vacancies you may have. You will get a huge amount of support to ensure the right person joins your team. Of course you can! Although some practice owners will choose to retire, 90% of practice owners are still with us. With the additional support that joining the group provides, vets quite often find a new lease of life and passion for the profession again.

Would you consider my practice?
